The commission consists on introducing a series of improvement measures, both passive and active, to reduce the energy demand and obtain the A energy qualification in a dwelling project.
The analysis and evaluation of the necessary actions includes:
- Study of solar incidence and radiation.
- Optimize the degree of insulation of the envelope and study the use of low-energy materials incorporated in enclosures and exterior carpentry.
- Use highly efficient heating and cooling systems.
- Adapt external solar protections to minimize unwanted thermal gains.Energy demands:Heating 14.98 kW / m2 year.
