The house has an A energy rating and is designed with PassivHaus criteria. This home has been conceived through a study of its volume and the optimization of its building envelope with closures and carpentry of excellent quality with a high degree of insulation and tightness, which guarantees a high energy efficiency due to the very low energy demand necessary to maintain indoor spaces in a comfort temperature situation. The use of a material as noble as wood, certified and produced in proximity, translates into a building with very low built-in energy and low CO emisiones emissions in its construction process.
