Audit & Energy management

We the architects have a great potential derived from our knowledge of the variables that affect energy and water consumption of buildings, the shape of the project, its location, materials, the design and efficiency of facilities and the patterns of use of the building, and the management that can do this.

In 4A+A Arquitectura Ambiental , we are specialized in energy management and offer the possibility of reducing the expenses of both energy and water consumption without initial financial investment. In addition, it is possible to reinvest some of the profits obtained to enhance and make more efficient facilities and improve the building envelope to additionally increase these savings.

The ” Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy regulation” fosters the figure of the energy manager, which designation will be mandatory in buildings with more of 1,000 sqm. floor area, with the aim of optimizing the energy consumption of the facilities and the thermal and lightning systems of the building.
