The commission consists of a collaboration for the company EixVerd in order to assess a series of improvement proposals in order to reduce the energy demand in spaces adjacent to the east and south facades of the building of the medical centre (CAP) 1er de Maig at Lleida.
The writing of analysis and evaluations of the necessary measures include the study of the following proposals:
- Incorporation of solar protection of deciduous vegetation on the east and south facades.
- Incorporation of deciduous shrubs in front of the perforated metal deployé on the south facade.
- Total restitution of plant species (sedum type) and the improvement of the vegetal substrate in the existing green cover.
- Incorporation of an automated-external solar protection on the east and south facade.
