The purpose of the consulting is to evaluate the project for a new hotel. The consulting will be developed in two phases because of the advanced status of the project, which will be audit during the first phase by means of a energy modeling assessment, an environmental improvement proposal and a comparison with a baseline building which complies the minimum environmental and normative requirements.
In a second phase we will develop the following areas

- Site and transport.
- Energy efficiency
- Water efficiency
- Materials and resources
- Indoor air quality
