Description:
The Cardales Country Club is an established neighborhood in which it is proposed a shift towards a sustainable country, to make the site a healthier and more environmentally friendly.
The proposed general strategies include actions such as incorporating efficient energy and water systems, reuse of old buildings, recycling materials, reduce storm water runoff and eliminate sources of contamination.
The specific strategies implemented at the community buildings include include actions such as optimizing energy efficiency and improving efficiency, generating on-site renewable energy, improving the architectural envelope, minimizing water consumption and monitoring their consumption, improving indoor quality by means of increasing space ventilation, thermal comfort monitor and implementing green cleaning methods, among others.
